Our booking policy and the terms that apply to work carried out by ACEE Car Keys.
Booking Policy
Booking Deposits
A booking deposit of up to 50% of the total job price may be required to secure an appointment and to allow any necessary parts to be ordered in advance.
Where a deposit is taken, it is deducted from the final balance once the work has been completed. It is not an additional charge on top of the quoted price.
Cancellations
Booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. When a booking is made, that scheduled time slot is reserved exclusively for you, and parts may have been ordered specifically for your job.
Appointment Times
Appointments are booked for a day. We’ll give you 30 minutes’ notice before arrival where possible. Exact times may vary depending on the job. If you need more notice, please let us know when booking. To change or cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
Agreement to These Terms
By booking work with ACEE Car Keys and paying any deposit requested, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, including the booking and cancellation policy set out above.
